  •        The USAMRMC’s core military research and development program is organized under four Research Area Directorates (RADs):


  • RAD 1 - Military Infectious Diseases Research Program (MIDRP)
  • RAD 2 - Combat Casualty Care Research Program (CCCRP)
  • RAD 3 - Military Operational Medicine Research Program (MOMRP)
  • RAD 4 - Medical Chemical and Biological Defense Research Program (MCBDRP)

  • The Army has successfully provided more than $176.7M in program support to HBCU/MI.

Department of Army Small Business Programs


  •      In Fiscal Year 1997, more than $7.6 billion went to small businesses, $2.56 billion were awarded to minority firms and $26.7 million were awarded to HBCU/MIs. Additionally, more than $700 million were awarded to Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) firms
